Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: October 2026 • Effective for all ParaGo users & service partners across India

Summary of Core Platform Nature: ParaGo operates strictly as an open, free intermediary connecting independent service professionals with potential customers. ParaGo does not employ service providers directly and does not collect or process payments for service fulfillment.

1. Nature of the Service Platform

ParaGo (“we”, “our”, or “the Platform”) provides a technological bridge enabling Customers to locate, contact, and schedule appointments with independent Service Partners (“Partners”, “Professionals”). By using ParaGo, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • ParaGo is an intermediary under Section 79 of the Information Technology Act, 2000.
  • Booking a service on ParaGo creates a direct independent service contract between the Customer and the assigned Partner.
  • ParaGo charges zero commission, zero booking fee, and zero transaction fee to both Customers and Partners.

2. Zero Online Payment Policy & Direct Settlement

ParaGo does not collect customer payments through online payment gateways, credit cards, debit cards, or virtual wallets.

  • Post-Service Settlement: All monetary consideration for the services rendered must be settled directly between the Customer and the Partner upon satisfactory completion of work.
  • Payment Modes: Customers may pay the Partner in cash, direct UPI transfer to the Partner’s designated bank account, or any other mutually agreeable method.
  • No Online Payment Claims: ParaGo will never send payment links, request advance deposits, or ask for UPI credentials. Any solicitation for advance payment on behalf of ParaGo should be reported immediately to support@parago.in.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Premises Safety

When booking an in-home or doorstep service, Customers agree to:

  • Provide accurate address, PIN code, and mobile phone details.
  • Ensure a safe, civilized, and hazard-free environment for the visiting professional.
  • Inspect the completed work before making direct payment to the Partner.
  • Verify the identity of the Partner upon arrival using their government-issued ID and ParaGo reference number.

4. Service Partner Obligations

Registered Partners agree to:

  • Maintain valid professional licenses, technical skills, and equipment necessary to perform listed trades safely.
  • Provide truthful verification documentation (Aadhaar, trade certifications, address proofs).
  • Adhere to fair, transparent, and non-predatory pricing agreed with the customer before commencing work.
  • Treat customer premises, privacy, and personal property with absolute dignity and respect.

5. Limitation of Liability

Since ParaGo acts purely as a free connecting marketplace and does not participate in the physical execution of services or collection of funds:

  • ParaGo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from acts or omissions of independent Partners or Customers.
  • While ParaGo conducts reasonable verification checks, Customers are encouraged to exercise normal homeowner prudence and supervision during service visits.
  • Any disputes regarding pricing, quality of parts, or workmanship must be resolved directly with the Service Partner. Our support team remains available to facilitate mediation wherever feasible.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
