Booking takes less than 30 seconds:

1. Browse services or search for the professional you need (e.g. Electrician, Barber, Plumber).
2. Choose your preferred date and time slot.
3. Confirm your delivery address and submit the free booking request.
4. The partner receives your request, contacts you to confirm arrival, and visits your home.

You pay the partner directly in person once the service has been satisfactorily executed. You can pay via Cash or Direct UPI QR code (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) directly into the partner’s own bank account. No intermediaries, no hidden service charges.

All partners must undergo a 3-step vetting process before being listed on the platform:

• Government Identity Verification: Aadhaar Card and PAN Card verification.
• Skill & Experience Audit: Minimum verified track record or trade certification.
• Background Clearance: Local address confirmation and crime background screening.

Registration is completely free! Click Join as Partner, provide your mobile number, select your trade categories and serving pincodes. Once our verification desk reviews your profile (typically within 24 hours), your listing goes live to nearby customers.

Yes! Because there are no advance payments or cancellation penalties, you can freely reschedule or cancel your appointment at any time by speaking directly with the assigned professional or managing your booking from the My Bookings dashboard.
