At ParaGo, your personal privacy and the security of your contact details are paramount. Because our platform is dedicated solely to free customer-partner discovery without financial transaction processing, we do not store, process, or transmit sensitive financial credentials like credit card numbers, CVVs, net banking credentials, or UPI MPINs.

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the bare minimum personal data required to connect you with an available local provider:

• Customer Data: Full name, verified mobile phone number, email address, service delivery address, and postal PIN code.
• Service Partner Data: Professional name, registered business name, phone number, trade categories, proof of government identity (Aadhaar/PAN for vetting), and operating pin codes.
• Technical Diagnostics: IP address, browser type, device information, and anonymous usage telemetry to ensure platform uptime and prevent automated spam.

2. How Your Information is Used

Your details are used strictly for service facilitation:

• To alert the chosen local service partner of your requested time, address, and job requirements.
• To dispatch SMS/WhatsApp booking confirmation notifications and booking status updates.
• To assist our customer grievance help desk if you request mediation or submit support feedback.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your contact details with third-party advertisers, telemarketers, or loan companies.

3. Absence of Payment Card Data Processing

ParaGo does not operate an internal payment processing engine or wallet. Consequently, our servers do not store or capture any payment card data, CVV codes, bank login tokens, or UPI passwords. Any direct payment you make in person to the partner via cash or direct UPI QR code occurs completely outside the ParaGo database.

4. Data Protection & Retention

We implement strict technical, physical, and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, destruction, alteration, or disclosure:

• All communication with parago.in is encrypted using TLS/SSL (HTTPS 256-bit encryption).
• Database passwords and sensitive partner identification records are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt encryption.
• We retain booking records only as long as necessary to maintain booking history in your user portal.

5. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023, you hold the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal information stored in your ParaGo account.
• Update or correct inaccurate contact information.
• Request permanent deletion of your profile and historical booking records.
